Terms of Use

Welcome to Wecome. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wecome platform, including our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you have obtained such consent if applicable.

Important: Unauthorized attempts to access our systems may violate Singapore's Computer Misuse Act (Chapter 50A) and other applicable laws.

You agree to comply with all guidelines, policies, and rules published on the Platform, as may be amended from time to time. In using the Platform, you shall not:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Upload, post, or transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Use any automated means to access the Platform without our express written permission

Wecome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

The Platform is available only to users who are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing orders
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Product descriptions and information are provided for general informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Third-party vendors who offer products or services through the Platform operate independently from Wecome. We are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any third-party vendor.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your password and any payment information) and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify Wecome of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Wecome or any other user due to the unauthorized use of your account.

Wecome will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Wecome or its content suppliers and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Wecome.

The Wecome name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Wecome. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Wecome.

The Platform and all content, products, and services provided through the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wecome disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Wecome does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected

In no event shall Wecome be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days from the order date. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to our refund policy and the policies of individual merchants on the Platform.

Wecome may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by providing seven (7) days' written notice to Wecome. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You acknowledge and agree that records maintained by Wecome (including electronic records) of transactions and communications shall be binding and conclusive evidence of such transactions and communications.

You agree not to challenge the admissibility or authenticity of such electronic records in any legal proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Wecome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
